Maisie Rippley
Aside from maintaining the Durand Fitness Center, you can also find me upstairs instructing yoga classes! My style of teaching is characterized by in-the-moment assessment to meet you where you are at, no matter your level. My previous experience as a CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) has helped to highlight the importance of individualized care, which is why you can expect modifications and variations of poses throughout my practice. I hope to tailor my classes to your specific needs with our smaller class sizes, allowing for a more personalized experience. My goal is to help you build mastery of skill and confidence within your yoga practice that hopefully translates to feelings of empowerment not just inside of the studio, but outside as well.
